Does anyone know of any software I can install on my XP box that will moniter and record my bandwidth usage?

What I want to know is how much bandwidth I use every month through my broadband. So the software would need to record upstream and downstream bandwidth, and a ideally to automatically start a new count every month/week.

Preferably freeware, or i may pay a small liscence fee for such a program

i've got Bit Meter on the go at present, and it seems to be working well, and accurately.
It even provides nice graphs for hourly, daily and monthly stats. Just what I was after.
