Balloon track changes for insertions and deletions

I seem to remember a prior version of Word (I'm at 2003) that showed both
insertions and deletions with the right margin balloons. Now, all I can get
are just the deletions. Someone can tell me if that is just a fabrication of
my memory. I would sure like to have the balloons to more clearly
distinguish insertions. Anyone have any suggestions for making insertions
more visible?

If you're in "Final Showing Markup" view mode, the insertions don't get
balloons because the insertions are showing on the screen and the screen tips
will show you who made the change. If you're in "Original Showing Markup"
mode, the deletions won't get balloons for the same reason, but the
insertions will have balloons.

Well, you can't have both because that would be absurd. If both insertions
and deletions were in balloons, your text wouldn't make sense.
