Track Changes in Word 2002

When using Track Changes in Word 2002, is it possible to display the
insertion and deletion balloons at the same time? as far as i can see you
can only display either a insertion balloon or deletion balloon.

Correct. If you displayed both, then what would be displayed in the document
itself?
