Baffled by Outlook Behavior in Shared Contacts...

I have a user who shares her contacts list with another user. Every
time one of them sends an email from the contact, the contact display
changes to displaying the email address instead of the contact's first
and last name. At first the user thought the contacts were
disappearing, but we found they were there but the display had changed.
I have been researching this for a month now and have found no
resolution. Any help from anyone, please?
