backweb?

Running Windows XP. Just recently when I boot up I get a
window message " backWeb - 7288971.exe has encountered a
problem and needs to close." What does this mean and
how do I fix it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have Kodak EasyShare S/W installed on your machine?
