Preferably encrypting the backups.

No use, only does one directory at a time, need multiple choices.

So set up several sessions and run them at the same or different
times.

I'll agree with that. Has ordinary zip password if required, and/or
encryption. Also breaks the 2GB or is it 4 GB? old zip file limit.
The help files are a little confused when it comes to describing
incremental backup options.
There is no restore functionality. You need to unzip and extract files
yourself - could use batch files to automate some of this perhaps.
