backup wizard

I do not have the backup wizard listed in my all
programs\accessories\system tools. One of the critical
updated recommends that I do a backup and the
instructions say use the backup wizard located in the
system tools. There isn't any. Now what.

go to add and remove programs click on it go to window

components on left hand side and click go to accessories
and click details scroll down until u find back up
utility and add
