How to backup the web address that I add into the
Favorites in the browser before I can format the PC?

In IE>File>import-Export and follow the directions. Don't save to the same
partition that you are going to format. You can also save it to the floppy.
You can also use "Bookmark Wizard 2.0.1", near the middle of the page, at
http://www.moonsoftware.com/download.asp It will save the titles of the
favorites (like IE) and it will also create the actual URL next to each
title. Both ways can have the favorites imported after the format. If you
save to floppy make SURE it is accessible from the floppy.

Hope this helps

Alos, you may want to back up your address book if you are using OE(looks
like you are using 5.5).
In Outlook express, Make sure you have "local folders" highlighted and go to
Tools>address Book>in the address book, File>Export>adress Book(wab) and
select a location NOT on the partition the you are going to format. Make
sure you have you Windows CD Key, Account information, all of you personal
data files, passwords, if applicable and any other items that may interest
you.
