backup trouble

I'm trying to backup my XPpro to my CDRW but when I try I
get an error saying the backup file could not be used
H:\backup.bkf please insure it is a valid path, and that
you have sufficent access. What am I doing wrong or do
I have my CDRW setup wrong. Help
 
Windows XP's backup doesnt support backing up to CD's. You will need a
third party program to do this.
