Backup Solution

Does anyone have a good solution for backups on a windows box? It can
either be using the built in backup program ( like BackupAssist ) or a
totally 3rd party solution. We are basically looking for a way for us
to have a cheap solution for just backuping files, that can email us
reports/notifications. For more important info, we use veritas.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I use veritas 9.1 and i used to have issues with it but they have been all
ironed out. With Veritas you can have it send you notifications. For a
cheap solution i would stay with veritas or use Microsoft's backup utility.

Note: If you do plan to upgrade Veritas DONT get the maintenance aggreement
cause its a waste of money and you will be put on hold forever and when you
do get a person they probably wont speak english and they are useless.
