BACKUP OUTLOOK

Does anyone know where the backup files are kept? I don't want to run a
"backup" program.....would just like to copy the backup files so if I crash
I can move them back into the program.

What backup files do you mean? No application I know of makes automatic
backups. That's your job. When you copy a data file from its current
location to another, that's making a backup.
