Backing Up Windows Updates

I may need to reload windows. How can I back up all
the windows updates that I have installed? Are they in
one place?

Hi Keith,

The already installed patches cannot be backed-up. In future, you can save the WindowsUpdate locally for subsequent installations [different computers].
