How do I back up my hard drive? I remember reading somewhere that I needed
plenty of cd discs or something but I cant remember where I saw that. I
have bought some cd-rw discs now but don't know what to do with them now.
Please help the last time i never backed up my computer it blew up on me
and i lost everything.
TIA

You will need a third party software package that does
backups. The backup program that is part of windows does
not copy active files so can't make a true copy of your
hard drive. I recommend a program called Norton Ghost
which will make an exact copy of your system drive to cdr
(when setup properly) but this is not for the
fainthearted - what you want to do is no really for a
novice
