Backing up files

I go through the backup wizard and select the files and then select the E
drive to back them up in. It asks me to give a name to the files and when I
write "my music " or "itunes " it tells me that the back up file name cannot
be used to make sure it is a valid path with sufficient access. What does
this mean and what to do? Thanks for any help.

NTBackup can't write directly to CD-RW. Backup to hard drive and then burn to CD.

How do I backup my files and folders in XP?:

Then to burn to a DVD drive, you need a burner software which comes with the drive.
