background sound vista mail

In vista mail cannot send background sound, even though it plays in the
mesage. Error message is "picture could not be found". Help please!
 
What is the file type? Go to View | Source Edit and click on the Source tab
and look at the BGSOUND element and the src. Does it show the full path to
the sound?
