Sound with Windows Mail

I have downloaded some Stationary from Cloudeight made for Vista and is
suppose to work with Windows Mail. However, I have yet to be able to get the
music to play in the background when I send myself or my friend the e-mails
using that stationary. I do have Windows Media Player and I do have sound
and can play back videos. So why is it not working with the stationary?

Check the volume setting in the BGSOUND tag. If you use the Preview button,
does it play then? Is the full path to the sound file specified in the
BGSOUND tag? If not, then it won't be able to find the sound file to play
and embed it.

Also its Stationery and not "Stationary".
