Background Intelligent Transfer Service

When i try to start (BITS) i receive error 1079 cannot
start (BITS) on local computer. PLEASE help im going
CRAZY!!!
 
Daniel,

First, is the Workstation service started? If yes, check if the BITS "Log On" is set to Local System Account.
