background image removal

Start
Settings
Control Panel
Display

<Background tab>

slide the selection list to the top and there's an option

(None)

select that

Then to physically remove the file click

Browse...

and a box will pop up navigate to the file you want deleted and click on
it once then press the Delete key.

then click Cancel

then click OK
