BAckground colors IE

The background color on MNS and other pages in normally a shaded blue. It is
white on this computer. The header on MSN is normally blue. It is white and
the prining is black. The MSN butterly is missing. Windows HElp page is
white background - normally is blue. Have tried Dispy/appearance/Advanced but
this is not in the right area. Any ideas?

Things to try:

- Open Internet Options, General tab, Colors button, "Use Windows colors".

- Open Control Panel, Accessibility Options, Display tab, turn off "Use
High Contrast" if it has a checkmark.

- (Absolutely the last choice.. you may be quite dissatisfied with some
of its changes. Save your current theme before making changes here.)
Open Start Menu, Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, run the
Accessibility Wizard.
