Back ups

I would back up certain files (other that the usual
office backup) and save to a SmartDisk a hard drive - I
do this daily - it takes a while to select these files it
possible to create a Macro to do this function?
 
There are apps available that will do selective backups. Look in your
Accessories menu on the START menu, you probably already have some thing
