Back up recording

Copying data to a CD-RW always changes my data to "read
only." I have never had to rely on a back up so I have
not really worried about it. But now I am backing up
financial data for Quick Books, and Quick Books can not
open the read only data.

How do I get data to a CD-RW without it being changed
to "read only"

You need third party "packet writing software" like Direct CD, Drag To Disk,
or InCD.
