back up disks

i need to make back up disks so i can reinstall
everything. i don't know how to do this.

Best way to make back-up discs is with a spare hard drive or CDs or
DVDs. Why are you reinstalling everything? And what exactly are you
wanting to back up?

What is it that your trying to back up, OS, data can oyu be more
specific as to what your doing.
