Back Up Ap

Can Anyone recommend a Back up Ap for backing up files to a
CD-RW? I tried the one that comes with XP but unless I'm
missing somthing, it has no option to make it automatic.
Would prefer an ap that can update files that have been
changed.

Microsoft will be adding features to NTBackup with the release of Windows
Code Name: Longhorn in late 2005 to early 2006. Until then you might check
out the following programs.

Hi Bert:

Most of the CD/CDR/CDRW composing software packages include a method
of backing up direct to your CDRW. You could try that first,
however, most do not compress files while backing up to the media.

You might wish to try imaging software. All three apps below will
compress and backup direct to CDR or CDRW.
