back button sound

Intermittently, when I hit the back button, I get a very annoying "quack" type sound. I don't see a pattern to it. Ive gone into accessability options & turned off all the sounds options I can find. What else can I try? Thanks

Remove the sound file specification for the "Start Navigation" event in
Sound options.
