Windows XP AVG Residient Shield Problem

As your may of rembered i recently had to format my PC and when i did i throught i might as well install SP2. So i did but ever since i formated my AVG Residient Shield never seems to run when i start my PC. I don't know if SP2 is the problem but i have tried re-installing it and i am out of ideas.

So any ideas will be very helpful
