AutoTBar.exe - No Disk

Does anyone know what this means? It's an error I recieve when starting my
computer. "AutoTBar.exe - No Disk" I don't know how to get rid of it. It's
been on there ever since I put in a new hard drive. I have to hit Continue
or Cancel to clear it...
