Autorun of games in CD or DVD drive

When I insert a game CD in either my DVD or CD drive - I upgraded to XP from 98 about a week ago - it just sits waits for me to either initiate through an icon, the program list or through the 'run' feature and browse for the .exe file. Every time my kids play a game I have to help them, plus I'd really like to have the autoplay back

Thanks for your help in advance. BTW I searched through the help and found little. Also used the device manager but i don't think i want to default Windows media player for this content. Would this be considered 'mixed content"
