How do I disable Autoruns in GPedit.msc

Hello,

I recently had to reinstall Windows XP pro on my computer. I also
installled KB 967715 which is suppose to fix the Autorun settings control.
I followed the instructions just like last time, but this time there is no
"turn of autoplay" listed in GPedit.msc. How do I disable (properly) the
Autorun on all drives.

BTW: I've seen the registry fix for this, but I want to do it properly
through GPedit.

"Turn off Autoplay"
