Autoplay picture problem

I cannot bring up the picture transfer wizard. I have this problem with both
the camera via usb and a PCMIA card reader. I had real player. I tried
updating to version 10.5. It didn’t work so I deleted real player altogether.
I tried the Microsoft Autoplay fix tool. Below is the text. It found no
problems and did not fix the problem. Any ideas?

I have also tried CleanHandlers since I get no autoplay options (just an
empty dialog box pops up) under the picture tab. No problems were found.

Steve,

CleanHandlers is actually designed for volume based drives.
