Automating the Outlook Installation

I'm in the process of migrating from GroupWise to Outlook and am running into
problems creating an outlook profile. I'm using the resource kit to
customize my instalation. While in the CIW, I configure the area for profile
and set it to create a new one. When I install the package using the MST
file, my profile is not created. Here are my questions:

1) Can you configure the CIW to create an outlook profile if it doesn't
exist?
2) If so, what could be causing not to work?
3) If I install the outlook client with one configuration, uninstall, then
reinstall again, should my new settings come down cleanly?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

1) Yes, one of the options in the CIW is to create a new default profile.

2) Impossible to say without seeing at least the first 5 sections of the PRF file that your choices creates.

3) Possibly, but that sounds like a lot of work. Why not use the Custom Maintenance Wizard to roll out the profile?
