I have a small network of 30+ workstations and a 2000 SBS server all
workstations are using Office XP every user has been setup to share their
calendar by setting default permssions to reveiwer. So every user connects
to everyones mailbox but can only view the calendar as set by the
permissions above.
My question is their anyway to automate the addtion of the mailboxes, I have
tried creating a PRF file using custom maintainance wizard in the ORK tools
but does not support that option after export my settings.
I have tried exporting the registry settings in current user windows
messgaing subsystem, which seems to work in outlook 2003 but not outlook
2002.
The only option I've seen while googling around is a piece of software
called Imanami Oprofile but I have not tested it yet.
The only other thing I can think to do is copy all of the calendars in
public folders but I'm not sure how well that will work..
