Additional Mailboxes keep losing connection. Outlook 2007

I have one user who has access to everyones Mailbox on a Exchange 2007
SP1 server. He accesses these mailboxes via Outlook, using the
Addtional Mailbox feature. Every fews hours the connection to the
mailboxes is lost and the only way reconnect is to close Outlook and
reopen it. The connection to the Users mailbox is fine.

Has anyone any idea what is causing it and how to fix it.

The user has around 25 mailboxes attached to their Outlook.
