I have a customer that has his inbox setup to archive his
inbox emails that are older than 30 days to a network
server. He would then like to set it up so that that PST
is set to automaticlly delete all items older than 90
days. is this possible?

He would need to have that PST added as a data file in his Outlook profile
so Outlook has it open fo AutoArchive to check it.

Two things with this, though...
1) It's not a good idea to access PST file over a network connection. You
increase the risk of corruption.
2) When these items are archived to the archive PST, the modified date will
be reset, and AutoArchive actually uses the modified date to determine the
age of an item.

You may want to check out

for other possible solutions.
