I've had a really good hunt around the net, microsoft articles, and archives
of this service, however, every time I think I've found an answer to my
problem, it turns out that its just a "default/basic" reply to the original
question.
So, this is the question.
How can I automatically enable file sharing and remote access so that I
don't have to turn it on when I first start sharing folders?
I don't want any bulldust about how to set up my winnt.sif file (I know how
to do this), I don't want any crap about how to enable the file and printer
sharing service (I know how to do that to, and trust me, this isn't the
problem). I don't want to here people moan on about using a registry
comparison tool, because I've done that, and found Sweet Flip All. And most
importantly, I don't want people to answer this thread if they don't know
how to do it.
I'm personally hoping it can be done via the registry, or via a .cmd file.
If you have an answer, either post it here, or send an e-mail to plastic @
atomicscript.com (remove spaces).
Thanks, neo.
