Automatic Updates

I use automatic updating and have received notice several times of an update
to Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter (KB925254). After downloading I try to
install only to get a message that installation has failed. I have tried to
tell Microsoft about this matter but can not find a way to get my message
through. Any suggestions?
