Automatic Updates Crashing

Well over the last few days, everytime I logon to my computer, I get an Error
Report saying that Automatic Updates has crashed, yada yada yada. After I do
click "Do not send Error Report", or "Send Error Report", it just keeps
crashing constantly. I have already tried setting the computer back to a
earlier time and it still has not fixed it.

Here is the error signature I have.

szModVer : 5.8.0.2469 offset : 0000c19c
