Automatic Shutdown

I reinstalled my windows xp on my home system, now when I
turn on the computer I get an error message saying the
Norton Anitvirus needs to installed. The Problem is the
Computer only give me a minute before is shutdown and
reboots again. And it keeps shutdown and rebooting with
the same error message.

You most likely have Blaster.
