Automatic Shut down with error message

Hi

Hope somebody can help me. We are running XP Pro, &
Office XP on a new PC. When using Internet Explorer the
following error message appears

"NT Authority / System Remote Procedure Call"

I then get 1 minute to save any work & shut down before
the computer shuts down automatically & restarts itself.

Have Zone Alarm, Pop up stopper & Norton Internet
Security running. Have a 56k dial up modem, & the PC is
not on a network

Can anybody offer any advice?

I am experiencing the same error on two of my computers. The computers were
updated this morning using Windows update. I have a feeling that Microsoft
has really screwed up on this one..
