automatic name completion

The automatic name completion feature in MS Outlook does not work anymore. It's really frustrating; now when I want to send a message, I have to type the entire address in. I read all the suggestions, including the one where you rename the *.nk2 file. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
 
Post your Outlook version and what you changed that made it stop working. It
does not just stop on its own for no reason. Something must have changed.
