Auto complete in email address

I cannot get this feature working anymore. I tried the *.NK2 and even after
renaming it does not help. It's urgent and I would appreciate immediate help

name the file outlook.nk2
make sure it's the right one
activate the option "suggest while completing to, cc, and bcc fields" in
advanced email options

You might need a new mail profile to get it working again.
