How to turn on to-email address "auto complete" in OE 2003

I have a site with 25 desktops and only one will not auto complete or auto
fill email addresses when beginning to compose an email. This is Outlook 2003
Pro - all machines at the site are running it.

I renamed the *.NK2 file as per other Micsoroft help instructions, but it
still will not auto complete an email address when starting to type it in.

This is driving the user crazy she needs this feature. Should I next try to
re install Outlook 2003?

The autocompletion cache is not tied to the Contacts in any way, so it can
take some time to populate the cache. When you compose a message and
resolve the address (i.e., it becomes underlined in the recipient field),
that address then gets added to the autocompletion cache. Once you've
entered a few addresses, it should work properly.

If it won't EVER remember anything, make sure it's enabled
(Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail Options>Suggest names...). If
it is enabled and won't ever remember, it's time to create a new mail
profile.
