Auto Complete for email addresses

Hello, ever since we upgraded a few of our users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook
2002, their auto complete when they type in email addresses stopped
functioning properly. It still works most of the time but not all of the
time. It also doesn't seem to be address specific. Some days a specific
address will auto complete just fine and other days it won't. I've ran a
repair on office. That didn't seem to help. Any input on this issue would be
greatly appreciated.
