Automatic Login at Boot-up Problem

After a recent update I am having a problem with automatically logging in at
boot-up. Since the patch was installed (not sure which one is the
troublemaker) when I boot up it tries to use a 2 letter password to log me
in (I have no password set). Since I have no password it says the wrong
password was entered and has me click on the user to log on.

I checked the Accounts and there is no password set. I did a roll-back and
had no problems. Once I reinstalled all the available updates the problem
returned. I am not sure which update is the problem or even if the patch is
the true culprit. I am running WinXP Home edition behind both the hardware
firewall on my MS Basestation and Norton Internet Security.

Give the user a password.
Download and install "TweakUI" and use it to tweak your machine and set the
Automatic Logon.
That is the most "secure" way to do it in my opinion.
