Automatic Font Change on Incoming E-mails

I still haven't been able to determine of Outlook 2000 can do this. I've
been able to do it for Plain Text messages, but not for Rich Text or Html. I
want to be able to cause all incoming e-mails to open to my pre-set font
size, so that I can read them easier. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks.
