Is there anyway to have Outlook automatically change the font on e-mails when
I open them? I have found out how to get this done for Plain Text e-mail
only, but not Html or Rich Text. Thanks.

Version? You can choose Always use my Fonts under Stationery. Mail Format
tab>Fonts button. You can also choose to read all email in Plain Text.
Preferences tab, email options, mail handling.

I have version 2000. I checked "always use my fonts" under "Tools, Options,
Mail Format tab, Fonts." But it will only let you specify the font when
"composing and reading plain text." If the e-mail comes in as Html or Rich
Text, it isn't affected.

When I look at "Tools, Options, Preferences tab, E-mail Options", there
isn't any way to choose to read all e-mail in Plan Text. Perhaps it isn't
available in version 2000.
