Automatic downloads

The automatic update #811493 for XP keeps coming back
again and again on my toolbar.No matter how many times I
download it and watch it install, the immediately back it
comes. Can anyone tell me what's happening here and if
this is right? Also, how long do these downloads
continue. Don't you ever get to the point where you're
current?
