Automatic Backup

If anyone could help with this, I would most greatly appreciate it. Thank
you in advance!

With my database, I was wondering if it had an automatic backup. Or, better
yet, I would prefer the following:

I want a form (Which I can Create)
I need it to pop up automatically on the 1st of every month.
I will have text on it that will read "Backup Database"
There will be an "OK" button to click.
I need it to save a copy to: -User can choses where to save it-

So, I just need to know how to make the form pop up on the first of every
month, AND how to make it save a copy of the database.

Thank you very much!! I greatly appreciate it!

Making a backup once a month is not enough, unless you are only using
it once a month.
(assuming normal daily use) make a backup every day. A cheap way to do
that is to use msbackup.exe already on your (server) computer. It can
be scheduled to automatically do that overnight.
Most backup programs can make a backup when Access is in use, but this
is not a good practice; therefore the recommendation to do it
overnight or at some other time (lunch break?) when nobody is in the
db.
Also backups should be made on rotating media, not to the same media
every day. For example in our company we have daily tapes, weekly
tapes, and monthly tapes. The monthlies are stored off-site.
Also do an occasional test-restore. Your backups are no good unless
you test them and are able to restore.
