automatic backup is not working automatically

I have set up a backup to automatically run. But for some
reason it is not running. I need assistance figuring it
out.

this is a single PC running win 2000 pro.

Check your scheduled tasks and make sure the job is
enabled. If it is, then make sure it logs on with
sufficient privilege and correct password e.g.
administrator.

The event log may give you some guidance as to why the job
fails.
