Autofill reseting

I am having a problem with one of my users.
She types in a name and sends and email. Next time around, the autofill
works.
She reboots and the autofill does not work.

What I have tried/checkes
The username.nk2 file populates while in use and empties upon reboot.
I created a new profile for her. Same result.

This is a new PC to her. So it never worked on this machine.

Any ideas?

I just had this same thing happen yesterday. The user would close outlook
and when she came back into it the To, CC and BCC fields would not
autopopulate.

What I did was copied the .nk2 file from my machine and placed it onto her
account so that it looked "user_account".nk2. It would seem that her .nk2
file had been corrupted and would not save across seperate outlook sessions.

Not a likely solution. This behavior indicates a corrupt profile, not a
corrupt NK2 file.
Create a new profile.
