How to turn off autofill in the FROM line

Have a weird one. I have a user that about a year ago got married and as
such we updated her profile to match her new name.

She got a new computer recently and Office 2003 was installed obviously with
the new profile in order.

In Outlook, when forwarding a contact file, if the contact was created back
with the old user ID, it always puts in the old user ID in the FROM field and
then gives her an error related to not having permissions to send. If she
tries to forward a contact created since the upgrade it works normal and
fine.

Obvious answer is to recreate all the contacts. But there are a lot of them
and not really sure which ones were done when...

So the hope is to be able to delete the autofill area for forwading contacts
to start fresh...

Any help would be appreciated...

She's probably seeing the autocompletion cache entry. She should use her
arrow keys to highlight it and then press Delete.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's the autocompletion cache. I am talking
about the FROM field. As for as I know the autocompletion only works for the
other blanks. There is no using the arrow keys in the From field.
